Terp License Plate

University of Maryland license plates support the University of Maryland Alumni Association. To claim your plate application:

1. Make your $15 donation 
2. Download the Organization Certification of Membership and license plate application from your receipt
3. Submit your application along with a $30 check made out to "Motor Vehicle Administration"

Submit In Person: Take your application and check to the MVA full Service Office in Glen Burnie

The IRS requires us to inform you that the full amount of your donation is tax-deductible for federal income tax purposes and is limited to the excess of the amount of any money (and value of any property other than money) contributed by you, over the value of the goods and services provided by the University of Maryland Alumni Association, College Park, Inc. to you.
